The client requires a Senior Business Analyst to support the continuous evolution, enhancement, and operational robustness of the Advisory Services Application (ASApp), the Bank’s strategic platform supporting Technical Assistance and Advisory activities across multiple mandates and business areas.

Requirements:
Business Analysis & Functional Expertise
• Strong experience in business analysis and functional specification activities
• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience analysing and optimising enterprise business workflows
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications and systems
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and functional design

Project & Stakeholder Management
• Experience working in agile and/or waterfall delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating with business users, IT teams, and management stakeholders
• Ability to work in complex and multicultural environments

Testing & Quality Assurance
• Experience defining and coordinating testing activities
• Experience with functional testing and user acceptance testing
• Ability to identify, document, and track defects and issues
• Experience with test coordination and quality assurance processes

Reporting & Data Management
• Experience with reporting and data warehouse environments
• Knowledge of Business Objects reporting solutions is considered an asset
• Experience with data governance and reporting processes is an advantage
